SVN Notifier will not be updated after changing the password

Recently, I had to change my network password, and now SVN Notifier will not be updated.

I suspect the new password is causing this problem, any idea how to update the password that SVN Notifier uses to access repositories?

My answer is only valid if you use the TortoiseSVN tool, which will store passwords for you.

First you need to delete the saved passwords in SVN by going to TortoiseSVN-> Settings-> Saved Data-> Authentication Data-> Clear. This will remove the old passwords for Tortoise. After that, you will need to re-authenticate your login when trying to update or commit. If you save this authentication, SVN Notifier will be able to access this stored information and reconnect to your repositories.
