Issue with ol and ul tags in email sent with Outlook

So, I am trying to create an html email that will be sent via Outlook. The problem seems to be related to the ol and ul groups, and I cannot figure out how to fix it. When I look at html in a browser or in Outlook, before I press the submit button, it looks like this:

But the letter is issued as:

I'm not worried about distance, as I believe the list style is retracted.

Additional information: sending using Outlook, viewing in gmail webclient. Also, if I view it in Outlook, it looks fine.

Someone asked html. Here you are:

The best way to make bulleted lists in email is to simulate them using tables. Click here for JSFiddle .

 <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tr><td width="20" align="center" valign="top">&bull;</td> <td width="200" align="left" valign="top">Text text text text text text</td> </tr> <tr><td align="center" valign="top">&bull;</td> <td align="left" valign="top">Really really really long and wrapping text here text here text here text here text here </td> </tr> </table>

Be sure to use align and valign = "top" so that your bullets do not match the top of the long wrapping text.

add a <br /> tag in front of the list. Note. The signs P, H, and List do not code well for all email clients. use the <br /> tags to end the paragraph / spacing. Example:

 <span style="font-size:14px; font-weight:bold;">Headline</span><br /><br /> my paragraph text here. <br /> <br /> <span... another headline here. <br /><br /> <ol> <li> etc.

Another way to create lists is to make them in tables (not so simple, but guarantees the correct interval between email clients).

See campaign monitoring for a list of CSS rules that are acceptable to email clients. here
