What are the sizes of different Android screens in dp for different screens (e.g. xlarge = 960dp x 720dp)?

In the range of supported screens , the Android team mentioned that:

As you design your user interface for different screen sizes, you will find that each design requires minimal space. Thus, each generalized screen size above has a corresponding minimum resolution defined by the system. These minimum sizes are in units of "dp" - the same units that you should use when defining layouts, which allows the system to avoid worrying about changes in screen density.

  • xlarge screens at least 960dp x 720dp
  • large screens of at least 640dp x 480dp
  • regular screens at least 470dp x 320dp
  • small screens at least 426dp x 320dp

So, if I want to support all Android screens:

  • Can I create images for full-screen viewing in these sizes, and this will be sufficient to support all available screens?
  • Or is it just the minimum sizes and I need other sizes?
  • If other dimensions are needed, what are they? differently, what sizes should I ask a graphic designer to provide me?

Thanks in advance.

These are only the minimum sizes. Theoretically, manufacturers can make a screen with any size that they want.
