Can I trim old versions in SVN?

Question

As a name, just wondering if it is available now? I am using TortoiseSVN and I have not seen this parameter.

In 2008, a message was published stating that the official SVN team plans to implement this functionality

No, you cannot trim (the official term is “erase”) revisions or files.

There was a working (?) Prototype, but it did not work well enough for release in 1.7, the function was discarded for more pressing problems.
