Why am I getting this error?

HTTP Error 500.23 - Internal Server Error
An ASP.NET parameter was found that is not used in integrated managed pipeline mode.

My web.config looks like this:

If I change the application pool in classic mode. I got the IIS error page below.

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The web server is configured to not display the contents of this directory.

The session state provider is configured in your web.config using the sessionState element. For the SQL server, you set mode to SQLServer and configure the connection string. For Azure, you can take a look at the following answer , which covers various options.
