I am trying to set up a push notification for an Android application using a city airship with the Helium option. However, I need to find this information for my application, which I have no idea where to find it. Any comments or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

For setting up Helium, make sure your transport is set correctly. Valid answers for transport are: helium or c2dm. These keys are on the UrbanAirship website after you created the application.

Once this is done, you can click "Visit the application" and you can see the keys that you then added to the application.

They basically tell the Android app that you are developing which app on the Urban Airship service is connecting to.
