Error during In-app Purcahse (test products) with my andorid app from google game server

I am confused about this error. I used the purchased application (test products) with my Android application. While I am going to purchase the product, after accepting and signing it, it returns me the following error:

Error receiving information from the server. [DF-DFERH-01]

I found from many posts that the problem is with the Google Play server. Someday this will be decided. But I get this question from the last 5 days. So is this really a problem with the Google Play server or is there something else wrong with me?
