Search for a Search Position in Lucene 4

What is the best way to extract position items from a Lucene search result?

I use Lucene 4.0 with a custom parser and try to find every occurrence of a given term in every document.

One option is to use the code from the dedicated Lucene module. I also found the question: Search for search query positions from Lucene , but the solution only applies to the previous version of Lucene.

Are there other features than the marker in Lucene 4?
