I potentially want to standardize viewing / design templates for projects around the world with a unique template structure. Given that we are starting to see work for JS frameworks that can use Handlebars, it would be wise to start using Handlebars to replace our use of HAML (via Handlebars.rb and handlebars_assets ).
Does it work effectively? Or can you provide a link to explain the reasons or why it will not work or an example of such use?
HAML and (sexier) Slim obviously offer a stronger syntax for templates, but Handlebars.js has the advantages it brings from Liquid in that it is much more like regular HTML and therefore more "designer friendly" "
