How to get lock in svn

Question

I am an SVN student. Now I want to lock the file. I set the property as svn: needs-lock, then I ran the file. After that I selected "SVN Get lock". But the problem is that he always says "Not implemented." The lock is locked. I'm so confused!

Google code does not provide svn lock functionality: see Issue 1349 , opened in 2008, so don't expect this feature anytime soon.
