How to enable Visual Studio 2008.css Intellisense in a .less file

Does anyone know how to enable css intellisense in a .css file extension?
I have a .less file, which is basically a .css file, but Visual Studio 2008 will not use Css intellisense for the file.

I have seen many plugins that do this for VS2010 and 2012, but not one of them for 2008.

Does anyone have an idea?

thank you

No, you can’t. Two years ago, we (our development team) were not even able to turn on syntax highlighting (this is crazy for me). But you can easily edit .less in Sublime Text 2 or in Adobe Dreamweaver, like me, after several hours of research.
