This is really the wrong place to ask this question, but I think that it still deserves a proper answer.
SDL is, among other things, the Global Information Management company. Everything SDL does has language / localization / globalization for it. Including, of course, his translation tools and services.
Thus, SDL created and supported (over the years) connectors on different CM platforms, and obviously SDL Tridion has a lot of integration here. Good information on how this works here is courtesy of Robert Curlett.
If you are trying to integrate Tridion with providers of other languages, I suggest you ask the language providers for such a connector. The Tridion connector was available from the SDL prior to the acquisition of Tridion, I suspect that if other language manufacturers are serious about connecting to WCM platforms, they will also offer a connector for Tridion.
