Set Email Notification of Build Failure - Team City

Question

I configured Team City to send emails via EC2, and this works fine, but how now to set up an email account to send failure notifications for all build jobs on the server? I bet the answer is looking in my face, but I just don't see it. TC 7.x BTW.

I know how to do this on an individual basis, but I want to set a global email notification to the address that is the group address.

I got my behavior by creating a new user account, setting an email address for the group alias, and setting up a notification for the account as needed.
