Not quite sure if this is the right place for this question, but here it goes.
I tried to contact the British NUS people, but still have not answered the question of whether there are any web services for checking the UK NUS (National union of students) discount card.
I think these are 18-digit codes, but I donβt even know how to analyze them widely, since I have no idea what they are based on.
I know that Topshop, among other companies, offers this when placing an order from its website, applying a discount in the cart process, which we would also like to do ... I just canβt find anything about this.
Feel free to LMGTFY if I missed any search query that points directly to the relevant information.
EDIT It seems the topshop site, and some others actually check out a third-party company https://www.myunidays.com/ . I would think that this can be a pretty lucrative affair for NUS. In my opinion, subscribing to a feed for affiliates will become a real counter. Assume this is either the third route, or wait until hell freezes.
