Position: fixed does not work in chrome state 22

I am new to html5 and css3. I published my first site last month, and now I find out that it does not work well in the new version of chrome (22): all fixed elements are no longer fixed ... For example, the navigation bar at the top of the screen. it was beautiful only a week ago, and I have no idea why this is not so now. This is the website: www.biofilter.co.il

As far as I can tell, it still works great in Firefox and IE.

Does anyone have an idea of what is happening and what could be causing?

Your problem is probably caused by Chrome reworking, as the position:fixed elements handle z-index stacking. The change was made for Chrome v22 , so if you built on v21 and use position:fixed , you may have a problem.

They suggested testing by clicking the Chrome special URL about:flags Chrome in the browser and setting Fixed position elements create stacking contexts. to true (for v22 +) or false (for v21).

You can recycle your CSS by making sure that the position:fixed elements position:fixed correctly. Unfortunately, this is a bit complicated, so we recommend that you read them for a better explanation:
