Library for recording from a webcam using Flash and JavaScript

Question

Has anyone used any libraries to record from a webcam in a browser and then use them to upload to YouTube? I think there are some Flash / JavaScript solutions, some of which I found: ScriptCam (http://www.scriptcam.com/), jpegcam (http://code.google.com/p/jpegcam/), nimbb (http://nimbb.com/) and Viddler (http://developers.viddler.com/documentation/articles/howto-record/).

Has anyone used any of these libraries or can you recommend other libraries?

YouTube has an interface for recording webcams and downloading:

However, I read your question that you are looking for a video hosting service that is not necessarily YouTube.

I would recommend red5, they will allow you to get full control both on the server side and on the client side
