IOS APNS - Notifications are still sent to devices after removing an application from storage

Now Iā€™m moving to a new developer account, which will mean deleting the application from the store and resubmitting in the new account. My application uses APNS, and my question is, will notifications be sent to existing installed applications after "Uninstall"? How about completely uninstalling the application? I would like to send a message to inform users that the application is moving.

Now I can answer my question - I went and deleted the application from the application store, and then completely deleted the application. I am pleased to report that push notifications continue to be delivered in order.
