Change signature key, save packagename

It seems that I can not find the answer to this question: is it possible to change the signature key, but still use the same packagename? So that users who bought my application can "re-download" the application using a new key from the same Google Play page.

At the heart of this is that I want to expand my signature key to the more than 25 years that I have installed now. Perhaps this is enough, but I do not want to be put in a situation where the key expires.

If this is not possible, is it possible to remove the current Google Play application and create a new one with the same package name and different key?

No. If you have an APK signed with a signature and containing the package name installed on the device, any subsequent apk with the same package name should have the same signature.
