LogicException: container extension "jms_serializer" not registered

I am trying to add a FosComment package, a FOS Rest Bundle package, a JMS serializer

i get error LogicException: container extension "jms_serializer" not registered

when they are installed.
\ can anyone suggest a solution to this problem

You must make sure to use the 0.9 tag as suggested in this issue .
