The movie player built into UIWebView has entered full-screen mode on the iPhone, but not on the iPad

I have a UIWebView in my application that plays some streaming media. When I launch the application on the iPhone, the built-in movie player launches in full screen mode, however, this is not the case on the iPad. Stream remains only inside the UIWebView frame.

Why doesn't it play full screen on iPad? How can I get the built-in movie player to enter full screen mode?

iPad does not start with full screen mode when playing a movie, you must change it to full screen mode by clicking the button in the left corner or pressing the button to enlarge.
