Can I add rel nofollow to the iframe tag?

I have a widget distributed on some sites through an iframe. But I do not want the google bot pointer to indicate a URL. Will the nofollow tag nofollow an iframe problem? ". Does the iframe tag support nofollow and will Google understand it?
