Implement WS-Notification through WCF

Question

I have a task to create a WCF service based on the WS-Notification protocol (in fact, WS-BaseNotification), and I do not know how to implement it. How can I create a valid wsdl for this protocol and how can I format the soap envelope of my service. I will be grateful for any help.

In 3.5 there was no implementation of the WS-Notification ( source ) standard if you doubt that it is implemented in 4.0 or 4.5, so you have to execute most of the implementation yourself. Perhaps a good place to start is WS-Eventing-for-WCF .
