Certificate confirming that our program is virus free?

We create software (C # /. NET 2.0) that is provided for download on the website.

Now this is a special program for several clients. As a result, many antivirus programs (Norton, Mc Afee, Avira, ...) do not know our program and cause a false alarm ("suspicious ..." - "unknown to the community ...", etc.).

Many clients feel insecure or do not know how to handle this.

So how can this be handled at all? Can we add some kind of "certificate" to ensure that our program will not be a virus?

You can purchase certificates for your executable file: For example: https://www.symantec.com/products-solutions/families/?fid=code-signing

This should help.

You can get a certificate from an antivirus / antivirus provider. He will regularly scan your site and provide you with a certificate that will help you establish faith in customers,
