The -fno-objc-arc flag is set, but ARC conversion is still trying to convert the file in iOS

I am trying to convert my project into an arc. I set -fno-objc-arc for all the files that I want to exclude from the arc. Then I go to edit> convert to objective-c arc, and the conversion process is still trying to convert them. They fail in circulation and prevent me from moving forward.

Does anyone know what I can do to make the conversion process recognize that I am not converting the flag (-fno-objc-arc)?

Thanks!

Choose Modify → Reactor → Convert to Objective-C ARC first , then select the target to convert, then expand the object and uncheck any source files that you do not want to convert.

The ARC converter will -fno-objc-arc files and add the -fno-objc-arc flag if necessary.
