I want to ask if it is possible to win by calling tic tac toe? Because the judge-judge knows every trick, and he knows how to fail the tricks. I can only connect the game in both moves. If possible, can you guys just give me a hint?

You cannot win in a tic tac game if both players know how to play the game. If you start in the middle, another player can block you by placing him at the top, then left or something like that. Now I can’t remember, but if you don’t break the AI, it’s impossible to win. Excuse me: (
