Where are the Duke research examples from the Java EE 6 tutorial?

I am new to Java EE, so I am reading the Java EE 6 tutorial. I want to learn the complete applications, namely Duke Bookstore, Tutoring and Forest Research, which are mentioned in the tutorial. But I do not see the javaee-tutorial / examples / case-studies directory in the Glassfish installation directory. I used the updater and installed the Java EE 6 Tutorial component.
