Is there an up2date file for editing whole ra18 i18n lines from an interface? and edit your translations from a web browser?

Once there was this magnificent stone:

Allows you to edit your translations using a web browser. Is there a solution today that does the same or better?

Copycopte r may be useful

I have my own custom solution, I port I18n to redis and install the backend for redis and add one Ui that lists all I18n and you can edit, delete or create,

I wrote a small library that will be ported to yaml to redis https://github.com/amardaxini/i18n_redis

We had poor experience with Copycopter, as it can ruin your localization files quite badly. That's why we created our own solution: PhraseApp

And we have moved even further by allowing you to edit your translations on the page itself, and not just with a common form. If you decide to use Copycopter, we provide a simple migration guide on how to transfer data to PhraseApp.

Now https://github.com/jhilden/i18n_viz now does exactly what you are looking for. It supports Rails 3+.
