Sectional formatting of axis labels

Question

How to change the format of the Y axis labels to normal ( xxx.xxx ), and not to scientific, in the following figure?

Edit: There is a simpler solution: just set options(scipen=10) and then run your code. To temporarily change a parameter, you can do something like this:

 oscipen <- options(scipen=10) ## <Your plotting code> options(oscipen)
