Learn More Eclipse ADT Insanity! Logcat is completely disabled

For some known reason (to me). The logarithm just stops working. I tried adb kill-server adb start-server etc., and nothing works except closing eclipse and restarting it. It is inefficient. And this is a waste of time. Does anyone know how to prevent the loss of the logcat data feed and how to recover it quickly? And this is about the hundredth time, at least that it happened to me. I really don't see this in xCode. Not this way. I mean, where on earth is there a click for reconnecting?

I have never come across this question before. This happened to me several times when logcat was completely empty, but later I found out that I needed to specify the correct device in the DDMS for logcat to find out where its data came from.

I don't think this is your problem, though, because you said that logcat "lost the data feed." Logcat seems to stop working halfway.
