Can I learn how to draw a meshgrid or 2D quadtree (C ++, OpenCV)? I just need to identify the points at each intersection point inside the quadrant for feedback or inference on the affected area. therefore, the output should be able to indicate the maximum value of the points for any shape.
Is it possible to do this?
