I had a discussion with my colleague on redrawing unfocused tabs in Google Chrome. It wasn’t decided whether the Chrome pages were redrawn that were not focused and hidden, and is this different from different scenarios (static pages, css changes, gif animations, flash)? And how is this different from regular applications hidden behind other windows?
