FedEx setup with Magento not working

I need to configure the FedEx shipping method in Magento. I have an account number, counter number, key and password. I have successfully inserted them into the appropriate fields, but when I check the item, the FedEx delivery option is not available.

I do not understand. Is access information incorrect or are there other things?

Finally, I found my mistake. All my settings were correct, but the product weight was not installed. Product weight must be assigned to FedEx.

Enable Fedex delivery logs and check what response you get from FedEx.

You may be missing some options.
