How to automatically create a folder under a content item?

A look at the scenario in which the content editor created a new content element based on a template. In other words, if I create a content element based on a car template, I would like to add a folder called “Options” under the new car element.

As a content editor, I could add various parameters from the insert command in the folder.

Can this be done, and if so, how?
