Pycharm does not recognize python functions

I just upgraded to pycharm 2.6, and since updating pycharm no longer recognizes python functions by default. With default functions, I mean super () str () functions, etc.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I already tried to remove and re-add the interpreter and stuff, but nothing like the trick. Thanks in advance!
