Iis express works without debugging (i.e. it works all the time while vs is open)

Question

My application for centuries continued to work even when I was not debugging in VS 2010. Now it works only when debugging. Was it really great to work, even if I hadn’t debugged it before?

Any ideas why this could be stopped, do I miss him, working beautifully?

I noticed that in VS 2013, if you uncheck the box "Enable editing and continued" that it will work.
