Extjs 4 - Panel Against Window

What is the difference between window and panel in Extjs? is it fine if I use a window to display and process too much data from the database?

Window is a specialized panel designed for use as a window application. Windows floats, resizes, and drags by default. Windows can be enlarged to fill the viewing area, restore them to size and can be minimized.

So, if you do not need any functions that window has, use the panel.
