How to list the items "shared with me" using the new google drive api?

Question

When I look through the network, I have four files in the "shared with me" folder: file1, file2, file3, fil4. I do not own them (I can write / only draw). I tried to get them using the file.list method with the q = 'not (myId) parameter from the owners. After that, the results contain only one element from four files1. When I do q = 'not (myId) with the owners and title =' file2 'After that, the results contain only one file item2. Can anyone tell me why? Or how to list them in another way?

UPDATE After a while, "q = not 'me' in owner" returns an empty array (below the result "q = not 'me' in owners and title = 'File Name'"

Everything seems to be in order now. I can see that all my files with q = not 'me' belong to the owners. So the answer is: “Google did some work with its Google Api drive”)

q = sharedWithMe should also return the entire shared list with you.

This is not entirely correct; creating a file does not mean that you are not the owner. Owner permission could be added to the file for you.

The request should work:

 q=not ' [e-mail] ' in owners
