HTML5 <video> does not play on Android 4.0 emulator

Question

I am trying to play a video on an html5 page on Android 0f emulator version 4.0, and I found that the screen is black (cannot display the video image) and the sound plays normally. I search the Internet for a couple of hours, but I can’t get the answer I want. Can someone tell me the mind or the solutions? By the way, I regret my poor English. The code is listed below:

Does your video meet Android requirements? Take a look at: http://developer.android.com/guide/appendix/media-formats.html

Also check the initial grid for coding requirements.

If it is compatible, you may also need to make sure that it is not an emulator.
