Failed to initialize AVAudioRecorder: (null)

I am working on iOS with a cordova card and I implemented the AudioRecorder functionality as described in the cordova articles. When I try to record an audio file, the message "Failed to initialize AVAudioRecorder: (null)" appears. How can i fix this? Thanks!

In PhoneGap Media, api can be recorded in .wav format (and other types), but not in mp3 . Choosing an mp3 format is a common mistake.

You must save the file as .wav .
