C # project NOT rebuild after changes and launches Debug

If I make a modification and do not explicitly say that it will be restored, it will not. How can I revert to the old behavior (try rebuilding before debugging if the source has been changed)?

Open Configuration Manager and select the check box to build the configuration configuration.

In the "Tools / Options" / "Projects" and "Solution" / "Build and Run" section there is a "Combobox" called "On run when the projects are out of date." Select Always Build.

It looks like the project is not installed on Build in Configuration Manager . Double check it here: Build -> Configuration Manager

Right-click Solution-> Properties β†’ conf Properties, select the "build" check box next to the project.
