Arabic language support for Android

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab and my application contains a display of Arabic texts. I have 2 lines that display texts. One row will be displayed in Arabic and other languages ​​in English. The result will look like

Some space appears before the Arabic text. I gave these two texts inside a tablelayout . But if I show the text in English, and not in Arabic, then this extra place will not be there. Why is this so? Is it related to the Arabic language?

Yes, Arabic is a right to left script. Therefore, there is nothing to worry about.
