Is the Open Source Objective-C (or C / C ++) library for audio in H.323?

I am creating a voip application for iOS devices using the H.323 protocol and wondered if there are libraries in Objective C (or C / C ++) that allow me to convert my sound to H.323

There are only 2 OpenSource H.323 and C ++ libraries: H323Plus and OPAL . And then there is the commercial Radvision SDK, which is done in C, as far as I know.
