How to get Wi-Fi and mobile network settings in Windows Phone 7?

My application requires the following mobile network settings:

  • MCC (Mobile Country Code)
  • MNC (Mobile Network Code)
  • LAC (Location Area Code)
  • CID (cell identifier)
  • Cell signal strength

And for Wi-Fi:

  • MAC address
  • Signal strength

I also need a device IP address for both options.

Is there any API to get these settings on Windows Phone 7? I can’t find anything.
