Set cursor color in android web browser

I have text in contentEditable in an Android browser that is white on black (according to the bare theme). Right now, when you click inside contentEditable in an Android browser, the cursor is invisible since it is black by default. Is there a way to manually change the color of the cursor when focusing the WebView?
