Draw a sprite over CameraCaptureTask in WP7 (XNA or Silverlight)

In WP7, can I do something on the camera? perhaps with CameraCaptureTask?

Take a look at the Basic Camera Sample provided by Microsoft. This is an incredibly useful pattern for learning how to use the camera, overlay, rotary knob, focus, flash, image, etc.
