I am currently working on a call recording application. I can receive the broadcast when visiting the phone, if it is an incoming call (TelephonyManager.CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK) . But for an outgoing call, OFFHOOK starts immediately after TelephonyManager.CALL_STATE_RINGING . Therefore, I could not find out if the other person was present at the call or not, and when he was present at the call to record it. Any help would be appreciated.
