Facebook application does not appear in search: more than 10 MAU, Sandbox mode disabled

Question

I developed a Facebook app for my company. There are more than 10 users in my application, so I thought it was just a delay in restoring the FB search index. However, my app went live in February and it still doesn't appear in the search. However, people can play the game using the canvas URL.

In addition, users who have already added my application can find it in FB search, and not any new players.

Sandbox mode is disabled.

Is there another parameter somewhere that I need to change to make the application searchable?

Any other suggestions? I’ve all gone. :(

The application must have more than 10 MAU for 2 to 4 weeks before the search index is rebuilt to include your application; this is mentioned in the main Facebook documentation apps :

When your application reaches 10 monthly active users, it will be automatically queued for inclusion in the search index the next time we restore our search index (we rebuild every 2-4 weeks). After the index is restored, your application will be searchable through Search.
