Launch the application after connecting to a specific Bluetooth device

Question

I want my app to be launched by the iOS system when a specific Bluetooth device is connected to the iPhone.

Do you know if there is an iOS service for which the application can register itself so that it starts when it detects a Bluetooth connection?
