How can I use the iOS 4.0 simulator in Xcode 4.3.1?

I recently upgraded to Xcode 4.3.1, and I'm working on an application compatible with iOS 4.0. I no longer have the iOS 4.0 simulator and I don’t see it in the download section. How can I get simulator 4.0?

If I'm not completely mistaken, there is a “Hardware” section, when the simulator works and is in focus, click it and select iOS 4.0. If you do not try to change the deployment target on iOS 4.0 (for this you must change the application deployment settings on iOS 4.0 or lower).
