Paypal Mobile Payment Library and Mobile Express Checkout Library

Question

I plan to use Paypal MPL or MECL in my application.

I found that MPL is a simpler process that does not require the participation of my web server.

The main question is: is it possible to accept direct credit / debit card payments using MPL or do I need to use MECL for this?

MPL does not currently support direct credit card payments, however MECL does. See Link to library functions: https://www.x.com/developers/paypal/products/mobile-overview

MpL accepts payments only through paypal but MECL accepts from credit / debit cards.
